We’re aiming to help families and those who are self-isolating with a weekly practical self-help half hour on a Monday morning at 11am for as long as it seems necessary. They are all going to be a ‘do with’ that you can learn on Monday morning and practice for the rest of the week. We will be starting on Monday 20 April – look out for the link on email or on our FB page and come and join us – and share it with all those families and single people who might benefit from 30 minutes of a hand care tutorial from an expert or 30 minutes of simple classic relaxation – and lets help lower people’s stress and share the love!
