Learning how to massage with your forearms and elbows is essential to sustain your career in the long run. You have probably already experienced thumb or wrist pain and are worried about this impacting your future as a massage therapist. On this course, you get to practise massaging hands-free, in a slow and controlled way, with a focus on healthy body mechanics so that you avoid common issues for massage therapists like RSI and fatigue.
This course is suitable for Level 3 Massage therapists, and other hands-on practitioners including physiotherapists and chiropractors.
