Higher Purpose, Authentic Success & Soul Living, Plus Free 90 minutes Workshop

Finding purpose and meaning in life can vary from person to person, but we are all here for a reason and we all do have purpose, even if we are not sure what it is!  One of my lovely mentors Robert Holden, teaches each and everyone of us has a shared purpose and that we are here to create a climate change from Fear to Love.  He shares we do this first inside of ourselves and then out in the world.

I love this because it makes it our choice to heal our individual fears – a gift of love to the world!  Choosing to heal yourself means entering into a new enlightened (divine love) relationship with yourself, others, and the world.  Are all the parts of you ready to heal?  Are all parts of you ready to surrender your daily fears to the centre of loving power and wisdom in your heart? When I asked this on my trainings, often people are too scared to give up their identification with their fears, stresses and traumas, which is understandable because they feel so real. But we can transcend these fears and lean into the deeper parts of our nature.

Higher purpose involves living and moving from your deeper spiritual essence within.  One of the primary purposes of seeking higher meaning is to find personal fulfilment and satisfaction in life.  Not having a sense of purpose or meaning in life leads to emptiness, anxiety and hopelessness whereas finding meaning can bring a deep sense of contentment and joy.

Whether we look after the grandchildren, support local charities, advocate for those less fortunate or bring compassion and kindness to our service in our work we feel valuable.  This value provides a sense of direction and clarity, helping us navigate the challenges and uncertainties of life with a greater sense of calm and resilience.

The more we unveil our true Self, the power of love in our heart can and will heal our limited perception in a heartbeat, one breath, a holy instant!  In true love there is no separation, we unify with our infinite nature and can let that serve as a guiding principle in our life, offering a moral compass and a sense of direction. This impersonal love moves beyond our personality identification and can motivate us to set and pursue meaningful goals, inspiring us to make positive contributions to our own lives and society as a whole.

Because we are connecting with something greater than ourselves, whether it’s a spiritual belief, a sense of community, or a commitment to a cause, this fosters a deeper sense of connection with others who share similar values and beliefs, leading to more meaningful relationships. From a science perspective we are also naturally activating endorphins which balance any over stimulation of stress hormones in our body such as cortisol. We also activate the bonding neurotransmitter oxytocin, elevating our sense of connection, happiness and wellness.

As I write, I am thinking of two people very close to my heart.  My first spiritual teacher Jean Lefevre who founded a safe haven for wolves in danger, to live out their life in peace at Saint Francis Wolf Sanctuary and my dear friend Jacqui Howe, who offers rescue horses a forever home too at www.springwoodsanctuary.com.   These incredible women of inspiration and vision have created a lasting legacy and make a positive impact on the world.  They contribute to the greater good, leaving behind a positive mark for future generations.  Check out their amazing work on the links.  We all leave a legacy behind, whether that is in our family, our community, or the world.

What do you think your legacy is/will be?  Are you happy with your contributions or would you make changes?  This is our one precious human life and it’s up to us what we do with it.  I know from Jean and Jacqui their higher purpose has definitely offered comfort and perspective in the face of challenges, helping them cope with adversity and bounce back from setbacks as they bring more love into the world.

Ultimately, the main purpose of finding higher meaning in life is deeply personal, we may not be visible in the community, but in our family our love and support build the foundation for future generations.

Join me for a free 90-minute workshop on Monday 18th September at 7.30, where we will take a journey of self-discovery, reflection, and exploration of our values, beliefs, and passions.
