About Louise
I'm Louise, a Shiatsu practitioner, Reiki master and crystal therapist based in North West Leicestershire.
As a nurse of over 10 years, I understand the importance of an holistic approach to healthcare. I believe whole heartily in our National Health Service, however I see where it can struggle to meet the needs of patients with long term and chronic conditions, such as anxiety & depression, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome. I am passionate about using the complementary therapies I love to improve the quality of life, well-being and overall health of my clients, particularly those who find there is some disconnect from what can be offered to them through conventional means.
I have created a soothing and nurturing environment in my dedicated treatment space, within the peace and quiet of my pretty suburban garden.
Qualifications
I trained to Reiki master level with Chris Parkes at The Reiki School and as a shiatsu practitioner with Carol Dean at the Northern School of Shiatsu. I have found Reiki and crystal therapy compliment my shiatsu practice wonderfully. I remain a teaching assistant at the Northern School of Shiatsu, whilst I carry out my teacher training.
