Personal Development and Wellbeing Retreat
4pm Mon 31st July – 2pm Thurs 3rd August 2023
Whalley, Lancashire

If your main role is supporting others, take a few days out to reconnect with yourself this summer.
Peaceful rural surroundings, your own ensuite room, all meals provided and daily activities, reflective exercises and relaxation techniques to ensure you come away centred, self-aware, refreshed and ready to make shift happen.
You are your best investment. After all, you take yourself with you wherever you go. This retreat will focus on personal development and wellbeing because this is at the core of everything else in your life. The quality of connection to yourself impacts on how you relate to others and the world around you as well as your sense of wellbeing.
Wellbeing has been defined as ‘the combination of feeling good and functioning well; the experience of positive emotions such as happiness and contentment as well as the development of your potential, having some control over your life, having a sense of purpose, and experiencing positive relationships. Enjoy time and space to focus away from the noise, listening to your thoughts, feelings and wisdom.
Anne-Marie will lead you through a range of activities and tools drawn from coaching, reflective practice, relaxation and stress management, designed to help you understand more about who you really are and how you can be at your best, so you will come away with an increased sense of wellbeing & balance and techniques to help you to retain this as part of your own takeaway action plan.

Anne-Marie Crowther is a qualified and highly experienced coach and facilitator specialising in working with individuals and groups to achieve more authenticity in their leadership (including self leadership) journeys.
